Before settling into a church, I searched for nearby churches using a map service from a portal website, and looked up the churches around me.

For ordinary mid- to small-sized churches—excluding large churches—there was hardly any information to be found.
So it felt very difficult to visit.
I also honestly worried whether they might be a cult or a false sect.

Even if a small church only has a simple website, if you could at least see a few photos of the members gathering and getting along…
Even just being able to check the pastor’s biography, ministry philosophy, greetings, and information about the denomination would make the first step to visit feel much easier.

So SmartChurch developed a simple homepage feature that can be opened for free, and
we are working to help people find churches by opening a church map service.

I sincerely hope the SmartChurch service will be helpful to churches and the congregation.
